The purpose of this project was to enhance the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of the preschool playground at Woodroffe Primary School. This project involved the removal of outdated equipment and materials, installation of new features, and improvements to water drainage systems. This comprehensive renovation project created a safer, more enjoyable environment for the children at the Woodroffe Primary School, on time and within budget. The enhancements will not only improve usability but also contribute positively to the overall landscape design.
“HCS staff are exceptionally organised and skilled, demonstrating a strong work ethic and high morale. They consistently complete projects on time and within budget, prioritising safety while accommodating our busy school environment. Their attention to detail was particularly evident in the transformation of our preschool playground. HCS removed the old structure and replaced it with a vibrant sandpit area featuring sitting rocks and stepping stones, which encourages imaginative play among the children. They worked diligently during the school holidays to minimise disruption, ensuring the project aligned with our vision for a natural play space while staying within budget constraints. Communication throughout the process was outstanding, with HCS offering valuable suggestions to enhance the project. Their quick response to repairs from vandalism was also impressive, ensuring minimal impact on school operations. Luke and his team are reliable partners who provide a range of services and expert advice whenever needed”.
