HCS Constructions was engaged by the Scott Group to deliver a comprehensive office refurbishment, transforming their existing workspace into a modern, functional, and visually appealing environment.
The refurbishment works included the demolition of existing windows and selected internal walls to improve natural light and space efficiency, replacement of ceiling tiles throughout the office, and a complete refurbishment of three bathrooms featuring new fixtures and finishes. A new kitchen was installed to provide staff with a modern and practical workspace, and new flooring was laid across the entire building to create a cohesive and contemporary look. Externally, repairs were undertaken to address wear and maintain the building’s integrity, followed by a full repaint both inside and out to refresh and modernize the overall appearance.
The completed refurbishment has revitalized the Scott Group’s office environment, providing a bright, efficient, and welcoming space for staff and visitors alike.
