The Leanyer Recreation Park project included structural remediation to address corrosion and deterioration of steel and concrete components within the waterpark facilities, utilising rope access for efficient and low-impact delivery. Key tasks covered the removal of corrosion, repairs to elevated steelwork, preparation of surfaces, and application of high-performance protective coatings to extend service life and minimize disruption to park operations.
Operations were staged with flexible hours to minimise public disruption and ensured all critical milestones were met through constant communication and joint inspections. This project was delivered ahead of schedule and to the required industry quality standards.
