HCS Constructions NT was contracted by the City of Palmerston to take part in the recent SWELL project. The scope of works involved demolition, installation of structural framing for new walls and ceiling, replacement of external roof cladding, electrical upgrades, mechanical upgrades, painting and new floor coverings.
