HCS Constructions NT recently secured a contract for the comprehensive refurbishment of toilets at the City of Palmerston Library. The project involved installation of new wall framing, gyprocking, plumbing, electrical, tiling, cabinetry, painting, and the installation fixtures.

“I am writing this testimonial to laud the professional service I received from HCS Pty Ltd during my employment tenure at City of Palmerston (CoP), where I was contracted as Senior Projects Manager.
During my time at CoP, I had the pleasure of carrying out two projects with HCS.
The first project was a toilet facilities refurbishment in the Palmerston Library, and due to this location, there were sensitive constraints placed on HCS in carrying out the work. Luke Harvey and his team conducted themselves in a highly professional manner and the works were completed to a high finish and met time and budget easily. The value of this project was just under $200,000.
The second project was a much larger one, with a value close to $1,300,00, that included the removal and replacement of a large roof, and the internal refurbishment of a gymnasium and community Centre facility. Due to delays in the contracting letting process the works were commenced in the latter days of the dry season, and again, Luke and his staff showed great endeavor in meeting the tightest of programs to complete the project well inside the original contractual time frames. This project was critical as it formed part of the SWELL complex project, one of the largest infrastructure projects undertaken at CoP.
